Scott was very friendly and professional. He explained each step he was taking and what the issue was with both the doors and window. He then adjusted the doors and frames and then lubricated the mechanics explaining where to do this going forward for good maintenance. He worked well around my dogs and they enjoyed his company. He checked other areas I had concerns about and resolved them. He cleaned up after he had done the job. He’s a great asset to your company. He also wasn’t booked for the bathroom window but he was very helpful in helping me sort it out. That’s going the extra mile and I feel happy cos of this. He didn’t have to especially cos that’s not what he was there for. It wasn’t a difficult fix but he didn’t have to help. He was quite positive and looked happy unlike some workers so look like the weight of the whole world is upon them. Your operative had a good spirit in him and it lit up my home as well so that was great……good energy. Please thank him for us again.

Jack, your window engineer, came to us on Friday 14/10/22 and adjusted our front door which I wasn’t able to open beforehand. He did a superb job, removing a heavy 6 ft pane of glass in order to adjust the door frame and refit the front door properly. He was highly skilled, very courteous and extremely helpful.
